Bio-psychosocial approach
The Lifeworks’ team take a bio psychosocial approach to all cases. We consider not only the worker’s physical or mental health condition but the person as a whole, including psychological issues and the social environment and constraints. We consider social factors that may present barriers to a person’s RTW eg, family issues, finances and work closely with them and relevant stakeholders to find solutions.
