Lifeworks Health Services is proudly a private, family-owned, boutique company-owned and operated by the Managing Director, Jane Jaggs. Since being founded in 1997, Lifeworks has grown from one office in Sydney to a national company with locations throughout the country.

Since being established, we have held accreditation with Comcare, WorkCover – all states and territories (except VIC), and provided exceptional services to Self-Insured Companies and Employer Direct Services across the country. We are on insurer panels and are a preferred provider for many employers across the country due to our ability to meet the needs of our customers and gain exceptional outcomes for our claimants.

In the past 5 years, Lifeworks have added Mental Health Services and Life Insurance/Income Protection – Return to work and Wellness programs to our suite of services. And you can be sure that when we add a service – we do it well!

OUR MANAGING DIRECTOR, JANE JAGGS

Jane holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Movement which she gained in 1990 at the University of Waterloo in Canada.

After she immigrated from Canada in 1994, Jane established Lifeworks Health Services in 1997 – after many years of working in occupational rehab for Workers Compensation NSW, Life Insurance and Comcare schemes for other providers.

Jane makes every effort to be involved at all levels of the business so that she has her “finger on the pulse” of the company. With this hands on approach, you can be sure that she will address any specific needs you may have or feedback you may want to make. Just get in touch!

Our consultants are handpicked by Jane to represent Lifeworks – most of our consultants have 10 years or more experience in their field of specialisation and also continue to practice in their area of expertise whilst providing OR services on behalf of LHS. This way you can be sure you are getting the most experienced professionals in the area you require so that they can address the issues you are having with a strategic and best- practice approach.

National Operations Manager - Lauren Fry

Lauren Fry has been at Lifeworks Health Services since 2020, bringing over a decade of experience in occupational rehabilitation and workplace health solutions. With a strong foundation in Physiotherapy, Lauren has built a distinguished career focused on supporting individuals and organisations in achieving sustainable health and recovery outcomes.

Prior to joining Lifeworks, Lauren excelled as a Team Leader, where she successfully managed WorkCover and Return to Work schemes. Her leadership in this space involved implementing tailored recovery plans, streamlining processes, and driving positive results for employees and employers alike.

Lauren is deeply passionate about preventative health programs and is dedicated to developing innovative strategies that promote workplace wellness, injury prevention, and long-term resilience. Her ability to blend clinical expertise with operational leadership ensures that Lifeworks consistently delivers high-quality, evidence-based services nationwide.

With her wealth of experience, commitment to best practice, and focus on client-centric solutions, Lauren plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission of Lifeworks Health Services: empowering individuals and organisations to thrive through proactive health management
