Lifeworks have many service locations throughout Australia’s states and territories. Whilst we endeavour to offer all of our services from each location, sometimes it isn’t possible to access the caliber and experience in Consultants we pride ourselves in offering to our customers in rural/remote locations.
In these circumstances, LHS will identify an appropriate Allied Health Professional closest to the service location requested and advise of any additional travel costs to the insurer. i.e. Flights, accommodation, travel to location, taxis etc. to provide the service at that location.
